Return & Exchanges

We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase of unopened items. We only accept returns within the United States, and it’s up to customers to pay for return shipping costs. 

If you would like to return an unopened item we’ll be happy to assist you. Please send us an email to get the process started.

Refund Policy

We will issue you a refund once the item has been restocked in our warehouse. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to show up in your account or on your credit card.If there are any issues with your refund, or you haven’t received it within 5 - 7 business days, please contact us so we can get things sorted out. 

Shipping Information

Thank you for purchasing BATSU! 

Please give us 5-10 business days to get your order in the mail after we have received your request. Orders may take additional time due to postal service interruptions and other variables outside our control. If such an interruption or a delay does occur, we will notify you immediately with an updated shipping window.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Our shipping and handling prices are subject to change based on fluctuating costs set by the U.S. Postal Service. 

Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available at BATSU! NYC between the hours of (BATSU! Show schedule). If you would like to purchase a copy of the game in person, please visit our headquarters located in New York City at 37-02 Astoria Blvd S, Astoria, NY 11003 If you prefer to meet us for curbside pickup please call +1.845.445.7430 and make the necessary arrangements.
